New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 10x wagering requirement must be completed. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same person or household may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus offers are valid for a set period; any unused bonus will expire once that period ends.
• If misuse of a bonus offer or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless cancellation is required due to a technical error or event cancellation. Bets can be placed before an event begins; live betting is also available.

6.2 Erroneous Transactions

55kkbd reserves the right to void odds that were displayed incorrectly or winnings credited in error due to a technical fault or system failure. Taking advantage of such errors will be treated as fraud.

6.3 Cricket Betting Rules

For cricket bets, if a match is officially cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned. If a match is shortened due to rain or other reasons, the international cricket D/L method may apply.

6.4 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and does not depend on previous results. Regular third-party audits are conducted to ensure fair play.

7. Prohibited Activities
